Attiékés ministre

Attieke is a typical Ivorian dish made from cassava. It is also known as fine cassava semolina. There are several textures and qualities of attiéké. 

At Tcheri's Market, we offer you attiéké ministre, distinguished by its very fine, melt-in-the-mouth grains. This is the highest quality of fine cassava semolina. It goes perfectly with raw vegetables (tomatoes, onions, chillies and chopped parsley), fish, fried or braised chicken.

Usage

Reheat in a couscoussier or microwave (spray lightly with water before microwaving).

Conservation

Store in refrigerator or freezer. Opt for the freezer for a better, longer shelf life.
